Mad River Enduro: September 11-12, 2020 CANCELEDÂ
Presented by RCMBA with a very special thanks to Green Diamond Resource Company
The third annual Mad River Enduro is taking place in the coastal redwoods in Blue Lake, CA. These trails are built by the Redwood Coast Mountain Bike Association (RCMBA) on private timber land owned and managed by Green Diamond Resource Company (GDRC). RCMBA has been a mainstay in the Humboldt region dedicated to building legal trails in the area. This partnership with GDRC is a unique opportunity for the club to build trails exclusively for mountain bikes. These trails are not open to the general public and you must be a member of RCMBA to ride these trails as part of the land use agreement with GDRC. This event will give you the chance to shuttle and ride all the trails built to date and experience a unique event tucked away in the redwoods of Humboldt County. Expect 7 stages of steep, raw, hand built single track twisting through Redwoods above the Mad River over 2 days.
The event is a full face helmet affair and will be required for the event. The event begins on Friday September 11 with open practice, shuttles will be provided. Racing will take place on Friday after practice and all day Saturday September 12. See schedule for more details.
